It is imperative to install a set of security monitoring system integrating audio, video and data, taking into account monitoring, communication and network access. Considering the complex environment in mining process, wired monitoring is difficult and maintenance is not convenient, it is suitable to use wireless transmission system to ensure the safety of mining production.


Project introduction:

In order to ensure the safety of mining, a mining company in Qingdao, Shandong province, needs to install a complete wireless transmission system under the mine to transmit real-time running images of track electric locomotives to the ground monitoring center, to accumulate experience for future unmanned driving. The manufacturer was invited to provide relevant equipment for the project and participate in the construction and installation.


Description of the site environment:

Although the entire mining roadway area is an open area, there are many machines and temporary columns, high voltage lines and ventilation and drainage networks in the roadway. The wiring is not convenient. Plan to use wireless AD hoc network equipment to achieve network coverage and form a network loop. It is feasible to use optical fiber to transmit underground data to the surface.


Solution transmission explanation:

The manufacturer adopts AD hoc networking scheme for remote data transmission of 3km wifi module. There are many curves in the two directions, and there are vertical lanes connected at different distances in the middle. The equipment is installed at the bend, the base station is erected, and the network connection and signal coverage are realized. At least two directional antennas should be installed for each device, three directional antennas should be installed for the three fork road devices, and 360-degree omnidirectional antennas should be installed for the three mobile cars. The mobile transmitted data can communicate with each base station, and the base station transmits video signals to the surface main well monitoring center through optical fibers. Eight devices set up base stations. After the device is powered on, it will send out signals and communicate with the front end and the back end within the receiving range of the antenna to realize the wireless network ring network. MHES wireless AD hoc network can also communicate across network segments, which can be realized in actual tests. That is, front-end and back-end devices are not on the same network segment, but with the same frequency, they can also communicate. In this case, the device is used when the number of devices in the same network segment cannot meet the requirements. For easy management, any one of the eight devices can be connected to optical fiber to transmit data to the ground.
