FR58L4LD-1414S(A)

The FR58L4LD-1414S(A) low-power radar module microwave induction sensor uses the Doppler principle to transmit high-frequency electromagnetic waves through the antenna and receive and process the reflected waves to determine the movement of objects within the coverage area and give corresponding electrical signals. It is widely used in induction lighting, security, small home appliances, smart homes, automatic door control switches, welcome devices and other products, as well as garages, corridors, corridors, courtyards, balconies, toilets and other places that require automatic induction control.

Features

Longer sensing distance than infrared sensor module, wider angle, no dead zone, lens and lens aging problems are not affected by temperature, humidity, airflow, dust, noise, brightness, etc., strong anti-interference ability can penetrate acrylic, glass and thin Non-metallic material onboard MCU, embedded multiple digital filtering algorithms, with higher noise immunity

The test takes the hanging height of 3m as the test condition, and the range radius is the ground sensing distance

The delay time can be customized according to customer needs, whether a photosensitive switch is required and the trigger intensity

Installation Precautions

· Avoid installing metal accessories or shells, metal will block the microwave and affect the effect

· The antenna surface should be protected from high-current circuit coverage, which may cause interference

· The output current of the sensor is very weak, and driving too large current is likely to cause false alarms. You can drive the load in an isolated drive mode, and use the OUT pin to read the status of the output port.

· Please use a power supply with a small ripple for power supply, especially low-frequency ripples are likely to interfere with the operation of the sensor. It is recommended that the power supply capacitance be greater than 100uF

· The recommended installation distance of the sensor is greater than 1.5m

Precautions

· The installation process of the product requires keeping the antenna board at a certain height away from the metal plane, and not close to or touching the metal plane, otherwise the product may not work normally!

· Avoid installing metal accessories or enclosures. Metal will block microwaves and affect the effect; therefore, this product should not be installed in a metal enclosure for use. However, the penetration effect is better for obstacles such as plastic, ceramics, and wood soil;

· Please use a power supply with a small ripple for power supply, especially low-frequency ripples are likely to interfere with the operation of the sensor. It is recommended that the power supply capacitance be greater than 100uF;

· The output current of the sensor is very weak. Excessive current driving is likely to cause false alarms. The load can be driven by an isolated driving method, or the MCU can be used to read the status of the output port;

· When multiple sensors are used in the same site, it is recommended that the product installation distance be greater than 1.5m. Too close the installation distance may cause false alarms in individual cycles;

· The antenna surface should be protected from high-current circuit coverage, which may cause interference.
